In this scenario the customer purchases a homesite in one of our beautiful neighborhoods, and is involved with the design and construction with us from day one. You may choose from one of our designs and personalize it, or design your custom dream home with us. We provide a concierge level service thru-out the entire design/build process.

Quite often you can find at least one of our homes or condominiums under construction and available for purchase in one of our neighborhoods. Depending on the phase of construction, the customer can often make many selections under the guidance of our staff. This scenario works well for clients desiring a quicker closing and move-in date.
